HIMSS 11 Planning Well Underway

Hi everyone,

We are in the midst of working on hundreds  of logistical details for the HIMSS Annual Conference in Orlando in February 2011.   Oh, by the way, as we are working on 2011, we also are working on arrangements for 2012 in Las Vegas and 2013 in New Orleans.  

Did you know…

• There are over 13,000 conventions each year in the US, and…
• The HIMSS Annual Conference is in the top 50 conventions, and…
• It is the 2nd largest medical convention?   

As such, planning starts many years before the event itself.    And, did you know HIMSS also runs about 50 small meetings a year that we are working on at the same time as the annual conference?

All of us at HIMSS are looking forward to being in sunny Orlando for HIMSS 11.
